  • Subject Matter Authority: Founded and directed the first ICF Special Interest Group focused on neurodiversity. Trains practitioners on the intersections of neurotype, recovery, and trauma-responsive practice.

  • Accredited Curriculum Design: Audits and builds end-to-end coach education programs compliant with rigorous ICF Core Competency standards for CCEU issuance.

  • Global Facilitation: Leads international workshops and delivers keynotes that ground neurodiversity-affirming theory in tactical tools for leadership and coaching.

    Neurodiversity SIG Founder
