    Founded ICF's first and only Neurodiversity Special Interest Group in 2024. Design and deliver a yearly coaching education curriculum spanning neurodiversity profiles, masking, trauma, recovery, intersectionality, and diagnosis and disclosure — built from scratch with no existing model to follow.
